Registration
- Registration night will be September 5 from 6.30-8.30pm; Matt will have merch available; bar will be open.
- Players must register on this night in order to play for that first weekend. Additional players can sign by having their team managers/coaches contact Julia.
- Julia will draft an email / work with Cam as Communications director to get this out.
- Socks/shorts – Lee to put in a new order; there is about a dozen left of blue and enough black to get us through the season.
- $5 for new socks and $15 for shorts at registration night for both new and returning players
Website
- New website will be updated by the weekend.
- Website spending of approx. $240 (3 hours @ $80 per hour) is requested. A motion to approve the spending was put forward by Jena; seconded by Tyson; all in favour – motion carried.
Signage
- Brea has been working to have a redesign of the Club Member of the Year completed for the club. This will cost $525.
- A motion to approve spending on the new design was put forwarded by Tyson; seconded by Arielle; all in favour – motion carried.
- Brea requested all teams to submit a team photo for the club by October 1, 2018.
